How it works
A simple process to make sending your shoes in as easy as possible. It starts with a short form, then we take care of the rest step by step.
Complete the Resole Form
Start by completing our resole request form.
This gives us the details we need to understand your shoes before they arrive at the workshop.
Choose the option that suits you best: send them to us by post, workshop drop off or partner gym drop off.
Get your shoes to us
In the workshop
We inspect each pair before carrying out the resole and any approved repairs.
Final checks
Every pair is checked before leaving the workshop to ensure the work meets our standards.
Back to You
Your shoes are returned to your chosen partner gym or shipped directly back to you.

It's one of the quickest ways to get your shoes to us, ideal if you want a fast, straightforward option from anywhere in the UK
Workshop Drop Off
If you're local to Sheffield or near the Peak District, you're welcome to drop your shoes off at the workshop by appointment.
A simple, direct option for local climbers, no posting required.
If you're already heading to one of our drop-off locations, this can be one of the easiest ways to get your shoes to us.
When placing your order, simply select your preferred drop-off location and follow the instructions for that location.
We'll arrange shipping from your chosen location to our workshop and return your shoes to the same location once your shoes are ready.

Collection & Shipping
We'll discuss any collection and return shipping costs once we've reviewed your submission. This will be confirmed with you before work begins.
